It has small feathery leaves, fragrant yellow ball-shaped flowers, and is valued for its gum, timber, and shade. It’s drought-tolerant and often used in reforestation and as a windbreak.

Sunlight: Full sun, thrives in hot and dry areas.
Watering: Low water needs once mature; young plants need regular watering until established.
Soil: Well-draining sandy or loamy soil. Can adapt to poor or saline soils. Temperature: Prefers 20°C – 45°C (68°F – 113°F). Very heat-tolerant.
